1. From SumTotal, Sapper retrieves all users and organization data.
2. Sapper creates a snowflake record for each user in SumTotal.
3. Sapper creates a snowflake record for each Organization in SumTotal.
4. If the records are already there, Sapper updates them.
Sync all Users from Okta as SumTotal User Accounts
1. In SumTotal, Sapper searches for all Okta users to see if the user exists.

When a candidate is hired In Greenhouse, accounts for the user are created in Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and SumTotal.
1. When a Candidate is Hired in Greenhouse.
2. A Jira ticket for account provisioning will be created.
3. Based on the Jira ticket, Sapper creates a new user in Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, and SumTotal.
4. The Jira ticket will be updated and closed once account provisioning is complete.
Create Jira accounts for Sumtotal users
1. Sapper retrieves all the users from SumTotal.
2. Using user details from Sumtotal Sapper creates a new user in Jira.
