Sub Processors

Sapper Software, Inc. (“Sapper”) uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing the Sapper Services as described in the Terms of Service(“ToS”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the ToS.

What is a Sub-processor:

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Sapper, including entities from within Sapper, who have or potentially will have access to or process Personal Data. Sapper engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below. Third parties who are used to provide the Services but do not have access to or process Personal Data are not considered sub-processors.

Due Diligence:

Sapper undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process Service Data.
