Arumugam Maruthanayagam
Head of Applications, Car and Bike Freak
He is a visionary executive with 25 years of experience, including 15 years in technical leadership roles. He possesses expertise in cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, Java, Micro-Service Architecture, DevOps tools, and machine learning algorithms. Aru has worked at esteemed companies such as OLA, IBM Software Lab, Genpact, Netfoundry, and VeriSign, holding roles like Director of Data Engineering and Data Science at OLA Electric and VP of Product Engineering in Genpact. He has achieved notable accomplishments, including reducing infrastructure engineering costs by 50% at OLA and designing an innovative MLOps platform. Aru is passionate about unified document processing and feed processing technologies and enjoys tinkering with cars and bikes during his free time.
Saptarshi Das
Director of Engineering, Data & Mountain Enthusiast
Saptarshi Das is a distinguished engineering leader with 24 years of extensive experience in software engineering. A graduate of NIT Silchar, he has built high-performing product and engineering organizations, established technology strategies, and developed innovative, scalable, and operationally excellent products. Saptarshi's expertise lies in full-stack Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science, coupled with AI/ML, making him a formidable Data Leader.
As AVP of Data Engineering at Genpact Digital, Saptarshi conceptualized and built a cloud-agnostic Data Platform tailored for their AI-driven solutions, serving Fortune 50 pharma clients. Previously, at HP PPS R&D HUB, he focused on the cloud print platform and digital front end for digital presses. Saptarshi is also passionate about open-source initiatives.
Saptarshi is renowned for fostering innovation and excellence, adept at leading high-performing engineering teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Beyond work, he explores new places, especially mountains, with his family, and also enjoys human-centric activities that demand intuitive thinking. He is also passionate about reading tech articles and experimenting with data processing pipelines to uncover valuable insights, a process he finds endlessly engaging.
Subhendu Mandal
Head of Business Operations, Chief Busy Bee
Subhendu is a highly experienced professional with a strong engineering background from IIT Kharagpur and management expertise from IIM Ahmedabad. With a career spanning two decades, he has excelled in leadership roles within the BPO industry worldwide.
In recent positions, Subhendu focused on analytics and transformation, leading as the Global head of Reporting and Analytics at Ttec and the Global head of Sitel Insights. He successfully established functions and drove digital transformation across organizations, specializing in delivering insights using structured and unstructured data relevant to the contact center industry.
Throughout his career, Subhendu held leadership positions at esteemed companies like GECIS, WNS, Prudential UK, and Capita India, where he optimized organizational processes through operational and transformation initiatives.
Beyond his professional achievements, Subhendu nurtures a passion for cricket and soccer and actively explores emerging technologies impacting human interactions. A certified busy bee, Subhendu keeps the team on their toes.
Rahul Agrawal
Head of DevOps and IT, Chief Influencer
Rahul Agarwal is an inspiring leader in Cloud Platform and Data Platform engineering holding around two decades of hands-on experience in leading teams, and building internet-scale platforms. Rahul is passionate about distributed, scalable, and performance engineering.
In his last role with Truecaller, Rahul helped the Cloud and Data Platform scale to a petabyte data scale with 10s of billions of events processed every day. Over his tenure of close to 20 years, Rahul has worked with leading brands like Truecaller, Flipkart, Expedia, and Yahoo.
Nilesh Gundecha

Nilesh has a true passion for startups and possesses a diverse skill set. His expertise encompasses end-to-end product planning, technology, security, engineering management, and people management. Throughout his career, Nilesh has led development and quality teams for products using Agile methodologies, guiding them through the complete product life cycle. One of his strengths is mentoring interns and juniors, ensuring their professional growth and valuable contributions to the company. Leading from the front and setting a positive example for the team is a belief he holds.
Nilesh takes pride in his experience in technology start-ups, where a crucial role has been played by him in turning multiple ideas and visions into reality. His expertise extends across various domains, including Retail, Automobile, Insurance, and Innovation. Nilesh has successfully worked on projects involving SaaS platforms, Cloud migration, Digital Transformation, and Integrations.
